Off the table is an exciting new agritourism startup cooked up in Tasmania, Australia. Our platform helps food producers build their brand through agritourism. We're deliciously different and are backed by Australia's leading Agtech Investor, SproutX.
How do you know what's really important when it comes to what you eat?
Most of food production happens behind-the-scenes, and unless you work on a farm (or grew up on one), how can you know the source of your food? Off the table takes you on a different kind of food experience, out restaurants and cafes and onto private farms of some of the best producers in Australia so you can really know your onions.
Who do we work with?
We work the whole food value chain, from local small scale growers who supply to restaurants and markets, right through to commercial farms that supply to brands on supermarket shelves. We're not snobby about our courgettes. If you eat it, we'll go there.
